• Your email address (for account login and anniversary reminders)
• Pet information you provide (name, species, dates, photos)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)
• Messages left by visitors placing flowers

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and display your pet's memorial garden
• To process payments for premium tiers and flower placements
• To send anniversary reminder emails you opt into
• To improve the PetGarden platform

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Supabase — for secure data storage
• Resend — for sending anniversary reminder emails

4. Public Memorials

Memorial gardens are public by default and can be viewed by anyone with the link. Pet information you add (name, photo, tribute message) will be visible publicly. Visitor-placed flowers and their messages are also public.

5. Data Retention

Memorial gardens are stored indefinitely so your pet's memory is preserved. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
